Although i have never had true problems, i do offer returns on some items, and store credit for major issues. I cannot control the postal service, so please do not think i can, paypal automatically sends a tracking # email when i ship them, and i also use click and ship and always send you an email with # with that as well. Items i cannot have returned are the bath and body items due to sanitary reasons, this is common practice, store credit will be honored, my items are sealed for the same reasons, and for tamper evidence reasons. I give all the info i can in each listing. Most items have free USA shipping, for my international buyers, i will ship to you no problems, but each country is different, please ask me for yours and i will research the best rate for you and give you the choices, most often flat rate is the best rate and method, especially to Canada.
